Had a change of heart? No problem. Your satisfaction is important to us. Returns are acceptable no later than 7 days after receiving order. Please note that we will only accept sealed unused/unopened items. All returns will be issued store credit. 

Collections eligible for returns include:

• NB Handbag Collection & NB Jewelry Collection.

• Customer will be responsible for shipping and restocking fees. 

• It is customers responsibility to ensure safe, traceable delivery. 

• Nesskake Beauty cannot issue return orders that are lost in transit.

Nesskake Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage packages. If your package has become lost, stolen, or damage, please contact USPS for further information.
